These Terms of Service govern your use of Future Leads and its associated services, including SMS communications. Please review these terms carefully.
Platform Usage
Future Leads is a CRM platform that provides tools for customer relationship management. By using the platform, you agree to: Provide accurate information, and Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
SMS Communication (A2P Compliant)
By opting in to our SMS services, you acknowledge the following:
1. Program Name: Future Leads SMS Notifications
2. Program Description: By opting in, you will receive SMS messages related to Future Leads, including service updates, reminders, and promotional content.
3. Opt-Out Process: You may opt-out of the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you initially did, and we will resume sending messages to you.
4. Help & Support: If you experience issues with the messaging service, text "HELP" for more assistance or contact us at [email protected] or (832) 688-6829.
5. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Message Rates & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent and received. Message frequency will vary. Please contact your wireless provider for more information on your messaging plan.

Opt-In and Opt-Out Requirements
By providing your phone number, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the device and consent to receive SMS communications from Future Leads. Opting in requires explicit consent from the user, and you can revoke this consent at any time by following the opt-out instructions.
Limitation of Liability
Future Leads will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services, including SMS communication. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Service Overview
Future Leads provides marketing automation, CRM, and communication tools powered by GoHighLevel (“Third-Party Provider”). Our platform enables businesses to streamline their marketing efforts, manage customer relationships, and automate messaging.
By using our services, you acknowledge that we are a reseller of GoHighLevel and certain aspects of the platform (including but not limited to A2P verification, SMS deliverability, integrations, and third-party features) are outside of our direct control.
A2P 10DLC Verification & Messaging Delays
To ensure compliance with carrier regulations, businesses using SMS services must complete
A2P 10DLC registration.
We do not guarantee instant approval for A2P 10DLC verification. Delays may occur due to carrier processing times, inaccurate information submitted, or regulatory updates. No refunds will be issued due to delays in A2P 10DLC verification or SMS deliverability issues caused by carriers or third-party systems. You are responsible for submitting accurate business information to expedite the verification process.
If you experience delays, we will provide support, but we are not liable for any business losses, missed appointments, or revenue impacts due to A2P delays.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- 30-Day Refund Policy (First Purchase Only)
We offer a one-time full refund within the first 30 days of your initial subscription. After 30 days,
all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
- Month-to-Month Subscription
After the first 30 days, your subscription continues month-to-month until canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be given for partial months. If you cancel, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Acceptable Use Policy
You must not use our services for: Spam, unsolicited messages, or illegal marketing practices. Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive campaigns. Violating regulatory requirements (TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.). Failure to comply with these policies may result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.
Third-Party Services & Limitations
Since our platform is powered by GoHighLevel, some services are controlled by third parties. This includes, but is not limited to: SMS & Email Deliverability (Dependent on Twilio, Mailgun, or other providers)Integrations with Third-Party Apps (Zapier, Google, Facebook, etc.)Compliance & Regulatory Approvals (A2P 10DLC, TCPA, GDPR, etc.) We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service. You agree that any outages, API issues, or third-party service failures
are not our responsibility, and we are not liable for any damages or business losses.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if: You violate these terms or misuse our services. You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior. Payment failures occur, and your account remains unpaid for more than 7 days.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability
Our SaaS platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee specific business results, lead generation, or revenue improvements. We are not responsible for lost data, missed appointments, or technical issues caused by third-party services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 30 days.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
